What to Expect After an Offer

The First Step to a Career with Boundless Opportunity 

Your next steps to starting a career of purpose.

Congratulations on your offer with Northrop Grumman! We are so excited you have chosen to open the door to your future with us.

If you haven’t already, you will be asked to complete a few steps within our applicant tracking system, Workday. Within Workday, you are required to:

  • Complete the application questionnaire
  • Upload a recent copy of your resume
  • Upload your educational transcripts

These communications will come directly from your assigned recruiter who will reach out to you within 1-2 business days after the conference. It is incredibly important that you provide requested documentation in a timely manner. Not receiving the requested information will cause a delay in issuing your written offer. To minimize chances of missing a communication from Northrop Grumman and/or your recruiter, please ensure @ngc.com is added as a trusted source.

Once all completed documents are received, your assigned recruiter will issue you a formal offer via email for you to accept.
