iReturn: The Northrop Grumman Returnship Program

The Next Chapter is Yours

Caring for families and developing careers have several things in common: they both require patience, persistence, effort, and attention. As a company of many families from many walks of life, we understand that sometimes you need some time away from your career.

When the time is right, we want you back. Whether you left to care for family, pursue additional education, explore a completely different career path or any number of reasons, we understand that the challenge of returning to the workforce can be daunting. Our iReturn℠ program is designed to translate the skills and experience that you have developed while taking a career break of two or more years into your career with Northrop Grumman.

The Program

iReturn℠, Northrop Grumman’s Return to Work program provides experienced professionals with an opportunity to return to work after a career break. iReturn provides a seamless transition back into the workforce in a full-time career at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development, mentorship and networking opportunities.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of a 2-year career break and will join a community of returners that have successfully returned to the workforce.

Upon successful completion of the iReturn learning pathway employees will be prepared to continue a fulfilling career at Northrop Grumman supporting meaningful work.

Northrop Grumman offers the iReturn℠ program in partnership with the Society of Women Engineers and iRelaunch
