For employees who are on the Northrop Grumman Network, visit the Employee Services portal and type “Accommodations” into the search bar, select “Request a Workplace Accommodation” and enter your request details. Northrop Grumman’s Digital Accessibility Statement

At Northrop Grumman, we are committed to making our digital experiences accessible to all. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. We are working to implement and strive to achieve the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level A and AA standards.
